A refrigerator is a great place to store all the ingredients you need to make mouth-watering meals.   8. Greek Yogurt – is a great addition to any fridge, and it can be used in place of sour cream, mayonnaise, and other shelf staples. The best part is that you can whip up a tasty meal in just a few minutes with just a few ingredients.
  9. Leafy Greens – Leafy Greens, one of the most nutrient-packed foods, is a staple in many diets. Leafy greens such as spinach and kale are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and the fact that they contain none of the fat of other vegetables is also a plus.
  10. Berries – are a natural source of antioxidants and other health-promoting nutrients, and they also have a natural sweetness that works well in healthy dishes. They are a great way to boost your vitamins and other nutrients, so you don’t have to worry about the extra calories.
  11. Hummus – is one of those foods that’s so versatile. It can be the base of a meal, the highlight of a dish, or the main ingredient in a dip.
