I have been a chef for a number of years now and after training in Paris, I decided to stay here. I packed my bags and travelled across from the states to the romantic capital of the world! You don’t have to be a chef to make good, homemade meals for you and the family. Often, cooking every night can feel like a chore, especially when you have to face picky eaters and busy schedules, so I have put together plenty of content to help you on those tricky meal prep days.

For those Fitness fenatics

It’s important to keep fit and we all know that. However, it can often be difficult to make yourself get off the sofa after a long day at work. I think people forget that fitness doesn’t have to be spending every evening at the gym. In fact, many people who go for a walk every day are generally more healthy overall than your regular gym-goers. So if that’s not incentive enough to get fit, then I don’t know what is!

Start small with a 15-30 minute walk and you can always build it up to include other exercises like swimming or running.
